Sharing What We Truly Believe In
We only offer experiences that we have personally tested and truly loved. We want to share the moments that moved us.
Our tours are defined by two core elements: Serenity and Passion. Whether it’s the profound silence of a Zen garden or the master artisan, we focus on the “positive vibration” of a place.
Every journey has its own rhythm. At Denei, we create experiences that invite you to slow down, feel deeply, and connect with the quiet beauty and living traditions of Japan.
About Denei
Denei began its activities in Kyoto in 2023 and was incorporated in 2025. We create cultural experiences for international guests who want to learn about Japan through its culture, people, and places. We do not see culture as something to simply watch from a distance. Our aim is to create experiences where guests can spend time with Japanese culture more closely, guided by the people who continue to practice it today.
To introduce Japanese culture to guests from around the world with care and respect.
To create experiences that stay with guests after the tour, and may help them move forward in their own lives.
To work carefully with the people, places, and communities that keep Japanese culture alive, so these traditions can continue in a healthy way.
We hope our experiences become a small but meaningful part of each guest’s time in Japan, and a way to encounter the culture through the people who continue to live it.
